I literally cannot seem to obtain them.
I can offer 3,000 TBT bells each or one of my doubles, a shiny clawitzer, electabuzz, vanillite, trevenant, or pumpkaboo.
I try to catch at least one shiny per day, so I'll add more offers tomorrow I suppose. ;n;

i can also get it perfect iv's, give it any held item, make it caught in any pokeball, you name it i can do it.
i can even change the OT to your trainer name so it looks like you first caught it

That would be wonderful. To be honest I don't really care if it's hacked or not.
A shiny vaporeon is the only shiny pokemon that I actually want on my team, so I'm practically dying for one.
