Second town theme?

i'm planning for my second town now and i'm not sure which of these two themes i should go with. i have some villagers planned out and a general idea of what i could do with each theme, i just don't know which one would be nicer to have.

I would love to see a Disney town! I haven't seen many of them, so I think it'd be great to make it a Disney town because it's more original. Not only that, but I know it would be absolutely adorable!

Disney! Definitely, as you could easily match quite a few Disney mascots to villagers xD.

some ideas

Diana as Cinderella / Erik being the prince

Bianca as Snow white / Rolf

Elvis as the Lion King

a beauty and a beast (plenty of options there)

a Mickey and Mini of course

or you could do Wolf and the Seven Young goats, starring Fang (ohh wait, that's not Disney)

I've got a beach/tropical island theme. Sets I use are Cabana, Pirate, Camping, Flower, Bath House, Jungle and random beach stuff.
It all looks great, but took ages to collect.

A Disney theme would be ADORABLE!

beach/ocean could be so cute! you could make the houses mermaid themed, and you could scatter shells and maybe even the white mushrooms (they look kinda like undersea coral)

A Disney town has so many cute possibilities as already stated you can play with using villagers to play different Disney character roles.

Perhaps:
Beauty=Diana and the Beast=Fang
Mickey=Rod and Mini=Penelope
Donald=Drake and Daisy=Molly
Winnie-the-Pooh=Pudge, Tigger=Rowan, Rabbit=O'Hare
Maleficent=Muffy

And, your characters can Cinderella, Snow White, Little Mermaid, etc.

Disney would be great since its uncommon and there is a lot of things that you can do with it. Although an ocean/beach would be a cute one too.
