Second Character Idea HELP!

So I just started my OYC town, Valo and need some help for my second character since I hope to be laying paths soon.

My Mayor character is named Bray and he's a super femme boy who loves all things pastel colored, lots of pinks and purples and rainbow everything! This is pretty much the theme of the town once he takes over as mayor as well.

So for a side character I have two main ideas but don't know what to do for sure!

Idea One: Bray's male love interest!
He'd most likely be more masculine and mysterious/quiet (thus his reasoning to not really talk to the other villagers often)

Idea Two: Bray's Female Frenemy
She would be into all things dark and black and goth (basically me XD) and be pretty much the opposite of Bray

So I made his Love Interest and his name is Koda and I have gotten as far as figuring out that he's going to be a macho jock guy, now I need help on planning what to do with his house?

I know, but I don't know how I would dress him or what I'd do with his house, at least with the goth she'd be easier to design but have less of a connection to Bray... SO CONFLICTED

The Male love interest sounds pretty good, but the Female frenemy, since she would be gothic ad all if would be easier to design her house and such.
