Hey there gai's

So just recently I reached a point where I've sort of completed my main room of my Japanese style inn

However, there's just SOMETHING that I'm not happy with.
The room itself is supposed to be a dining area/entrance hall so it's supposed too look a bit very over the top

Hah thanks I was kinda just hoping to see what normal people thought. I don't want the room to look too flashy.

I think it looks fine, from what you've described as your goal compared to the pictures.

If you want to make it look flashier, you could put more things on the sides. Maybe you could place some sort of furniture with objects on it, like a side table.
