Seasonal changes reference?

Does anyone know of a reference guide to the seasonal changes and how match them in the palette in the pattern designer? I like to design my own ground patterns and I'll have to design some that I can't find anywhere, but I'd like to be able to edit them to match the way the ground changes and make it blend in nicely. Thanks.

Another thing I like to do that might help- if you find a QR code with a color scheme that looks really nice, and you're not sure what colors they used, you can save the code and upload it using this, and it will bring up what colors/patterns were used to make the design. I just think it's super helpful with trying to figure out colors that blend well.

Thanks for the tip! That's really helpful as well. I love designing paths but I'm so sick of just having to test a bunch of different shades of green every time I need them to match the grass, so these resources are great.

I'm reeeeally bad at making designs, unfortunately. I used a guideline I found to make a stepping stone pattern, and that first resource to getting the grass color, and I actually really like how it looks- though I decided not to even use it in my town xD I might try my hand at making some more in my secondary town once I start on it. Do you ever upload your designs anywhere?

I'm glad your stepping stone design turned out nicely even though you don't design paths a lot, congrats If you like making paths, you could always keep trying until you get more results you like. Honestly, you'll get a lot that you don't along the way, that's normal. And there are lots of tutorials to help you along.

I haven't uploaded my designs anywhere since I don't have a blog or anything. I just make them when I can't find a path that fits what I'm looking for or when I want to make a custom outfit, things like that. I've considered making some to upload, though.
