Seashells? Tickets?

I havent been on the fourms in about a year... and I have no idea what seashells or tickets are! How do I get them and what are there purpose?

seashells are the new "welcome bells" for new members, except you can't buy collectibles with them. new members get ten, i believe. as for tickets ?? ?\_(ツ)_/?

seashells were created for new members to replace welcome bells, but only new members can get them, so you don't have to worry about those. tickets are for the fair, which is coming up soon but a date hasn't been officially announced yet. c:

That also happens to be what Lamba is referring to. If it's visible in the shop it means somethings bound to happen soon.
