Sea Monkeys are Really Creepy

It feels like animal abuse to me, and I really wanna do something about it, but I can't help but acknowledge that they're kinda cool.

Like they make me really uncomfortable, so I refuse to buy them, but I have a friend who'll buy cheap pets so that she isn't lonely, and she has a large tank of sea monkeys and she takes care of them- it just makes me wonder about the sea monkeys that aren't cared for.

I'm aware they're a type of shrimp, yet people have been called out for their cruelty towards shrimp in the fishing industry in the form of farms- and I can only imagine that Sea Monkeys are produced in factories- it just makes me sad to imagine all the poor sea monkeys out there that are living in terrible homes.
