Ok, so I found out about this amazing (I mean it) freeware. It's called Sculptris, what it basically is is a sculpting software made super simple and easy to use. I made a small head in about 5 minutes of messing around in it. Below is an example of some of the things you can do. It's even easy to do with a mouse. They have a 'Lazy' mode which makes using a mouse easier.
