Yesterday I saw a scorpion near my river. I was like oh yay! I'll get to see em fight! I wasn't quick enough to get up to it... I had my net out too :/ it's like, you see em one day and then it takes weeks for em to spawn back. It's annoying >:/

Too bad tarantulas and scorpions don't spawn when wifi-ing because I get tons of them in my town.

You know, after seeing that and hearing about that one guy who got bitten by a Brazilian Wandering Spider (that had made its way to England via hitchhiking on imported bananas), I never want to eat another banana again.

I haven't been playing much at night, so I haven't run into any of them. I caught one last year, though, so I no longer have to deal with them again. Better luck next time! You have to be quicker on the draw. Maybe try searching around that area again, or using the save and continue trick there to see if you can get it to spawn in the same area again.

I've run into a couple scorpions now, but still have yet to see a tarantula.

I saw a tarantula once by sheer luck managed to catch it which is good as I haven't seen one since..... Scorpions however the first stung me the second two (after an hour or so of hunting) bailed over the cliff /into the river..... Not impressed I might wait till August before hunting properly when apparently there more frequent then?

I wish you could see them fight when they aren't in the Museum. It'd be kind of fun to watch actually. Don't see many scorpions or tarantulas in my town, but I'm pretty sure it's because they're rare.

I got super lucky and my first scorpion I saw I managed to catch.

Tarantulas however. Ugh. I've come across 5 and I duff it every time. In new a glorious ways.

I've seen two tarantulas and one scorpion. Caught all three! Though I should note, I was running around at about 11:00pm with my net out. Heard them before I saw them, except the last tarantula. It spawned next to my house when I loaded the game. LUCK! 8D

I've seen a few tarantulas, but they always go all lemming on me and dive off a cliff before I can get my net.
