My 3ds wasn't reading my game cartridge. I thought maybe my game had corrupted since it could still read my other games, but I just... blew on the cartridge like I used to do with Nintendo 64 cartridges and it worked again lol

But I noticed after the update my game takes much longer to start up, which scares me a little each time lol

I went to the island with Club Tortimer, and there was another player there who kept staying in their inventory, so I couldn't leave. No, I couldn't just flick the wifi switch because I was using my New 3DS. I thought I was gonna be stuck there :/

How are you guys getting your towns corrupted?

How do you back up your town? Now I'm freaking out!!

If you have a digital copy I think there is a way to do it with the SD card. If you have a cartridge you can back up with Powersaves. (can I suggest that here? I know hacking and duping isn't allowed but this is just backing up).
