SCAMMER ALERT! The new user 'Shinies!' is a confirmed scammer as of now. He's going around making people offers for their shiny pokemon, and then the trade has a 'mysterious' connection loss right as it finishes.

You have all been warned. I highly advise avoiding trading with him.
