Say what… how? Ice cream on the island?

So I was island hopping this morning in search of some rare items and came across a really nice Japanese girl who was holding an ice cream cone. She dropped one for me and we both ate them (happy emotion). She took out another ice cream cone before leaving? I felt something was not right until I got back to my town then it dawned on me that we cannot carry stuff to the island!

Does anyone know how this is done? I thought we cannot transfer things to the basket while in our towns. I just tried it just in case ? but NO.

Yikes I have no idea how?? Was it in her hand at the time she visited? I don't think that works though? She's probably a hacker.

Wait- so Japanese people could bring anything tools to the island?

It's a Japanese glitch, the same one that allows them to build PWP's in places like the beach. I have an island full of golden tools, ice creams, throwing beans, umbrellas, fireworks and street pass items thanks to my Japanese friend who transferred them for me. I've been able to grow bell trees on the island and breed hybrids.

There was a thread like this before and I posted some photos there, I'll try to find it.

Bell trees on the island?? Lucky!! I'm guessing this glitch isn't possible for NA though Nintendo should let us bring things to the island.

I've been meaning to take more photos now the trees are fully grown and the blue and gold roses are all laid out. Also the line of Gracie and peaches parasol umbrella's.
