I'm feeling she's an actor...they had another person on Maury who's breasts were so big that they would pull apart her ribcage if she laid down on her back(they were like a 4th of her body, look it up on Youtube). No doctor can perform something on a person that could potentially kill them, which says to me she was an actor...but that's just one person.

Pickle girl could've been real, but what do you expect coming onto Maury saying you are afraid of pickles? There is real, professional help, and then there is ridiculing yourself on national television.
