Hyrule! for Minties!
first glance.... holy heck! your paths are amazing! and cover everything, but have great variation and compliment the geography of the town! The blue water mixed with pink brick is very stunning! Your flowers somewhat take away from this though. With so much effort put into the paths I really think making checkerboard flowers or some sort of pattern would really enhance the overall look of your town. Or if you want to stick with the blocking then pick colors that compliment each other and the paths. Blue around water path heavy areas, and pinks/ purples/ whites around other areas, then focus on black flowers in other parts too rather than randomly having vastly different blocks of flowers around the town. One area I loved was like the roses around the stone tablet. More things like that. Your placement of PWPs and coordinating with pathways is great, and if you added extra personal flower touches, I think it would add another level to your town.
The first house I went to was the top left one. its a cute room! I don't see a lot of the garden furniture stuff, but I like the mixing it with standees. maybe add flowers from outside or fruit for other added touches.
Next was Amour's house! Again very cute... but this one could use more personal touches.
Next was Caitlin's house. I love the opening! makes it feel like an actual space rather than like a room, and I haven't seen a movie theater ever, and I like the inventive-ness. Its really hard to come up with fun, new ideas, given the limitations of the animal crossing furniture repertoire, but you made something truly unique and cool to see with how you made these movie theaters, and adding gyroids for patrons was hilarious. I loved the bears one the best, I literally started laughing I love it so much. did you use the hamster cages to get the sound of the wheels with the reel2reel? again supremely genius invention. Lol at your upstairs "storage space" I think its funny you made the most out of having to have that 2nd story
Its easy to kinda glaze over your craftsmanship in the signs in both houses because they look absolutely perfect, and like they just easily belong. But to do that as a guide for something, is really hard to blend into the setting in this game, so good job! Damn each room is so amazing in the hotel! and I love how you repurpose some things in all your houses. Like the hockey mask on the shower cap lady to make like an exfoliating mask. Maybe some little tweaking like, facing the clock in left room so its more visible, and putting the luggage by the door? Your cafe gave me diabetes.... and while I think its really well detailed, I think its too much of a disconnect from the "real world" feel of it being a hotel. maybe a little too much. I like how real you make it feel with like the boiler room and stuff, that when I see a room like that, I don't know what to think. but holy **** your grand suite delivers! so unique, I like the mix of gorgeous and gold! it blends so well. yet still feels real with the bathroom and person in PJs.
All in all it is a grand vision and great dream to visit. Your flowers provide an opportunity to make the town even better and by adding some more personal touches and really thinking about your other two houses, your town will become even more epic!
but I know you don't even play anymore smh....
