Here are some things to consider:
- I accept IGB,furniture sets, tool sets, hybrids, wetsuits, toy hammers, Gracie Item's/clothing etc., that I don't already have. *igb is preferred though* I decided to put a twist on it because normally people only accept TBT and IGB, and some people can't afford it. I'm also open to villagers in the same tier (or higher tier) as the villager you're getting.
-I try not to do reservations, but I probably will end up doing them anyways cause I'll feel bad lmao, but you can freely lurk, although only for villagers that are currently in my town. There will be a reservation fee of any 2 hybrids though when you come and get the desired villager, so if the trade doesn't work out for some reason we won't have to deal with refunds. {lurking is free }
-you can be put on deck for villagers that are unavailable, so if me or my friend decide that we don't want that villager anymore, then it'll go to you. no fees charged, but one person per villager, and again it's no guarantee that you'll actually end up with the villager.
I don't really have set amounts of IGB for each tier, I'll most likely go by the most updated list, but tier 4 , tier 5 and tier 6 are free,- tips ARE appreciated! And please don't take advantage of me not knowing the tiers of my villagers haha Please be generous and fair with your offers.
IGB guidelines-
Tier 1- 10 million
Tier 2- 8 million
Tier 3- 5 million
Also if I don't get any offers and you want a villager they're free, no matter what tier they're in

-you CAN run
-please don't wander around my town and follow me to your villagers house unless I say you can go straight to the villagers house
- I'd prefer to get the payment first (if possible) unless I say otherwise
-have a clear void if possible
- please don't pick up ANYTHING from the ground unless I give you permission or if it's a weed
- have my FC added prior to anything, it's at the bottom
I am doing this to get some furniture sets that I like and, to get some villagers that I like into my main town and i want to help other people attain their dreamies
Also note that this thread will be ongoing until I have gotten ahold of most of my "dreamies". I use this town as a town to hold villagers for my friends, or for my personal main towns as well. I apologize if eventually only one or two villagers are available
