Sanrio items not on catalog

Can someone explain why this happens to the hello kitty, my melody, Kiki and Lala clock and pompompurin tv? Is this a glitch in the game or am I just crazy?

I don't know why it does that either but the same thing is happening to me. The same Saniro items won't show up and cannot find out why it's doing that. It's kinda frustrating not being able to complete the catalogue. It would be really nice if someone knew why this happens and if it can be fixed.

The TV is one that I noticed only appears on moridb, not the real catalog. The catalog in general is pretty broken. Especially with any item that has a - in the name.

My cataloging came directly from the cards as well, not even a third party trader----so, it leads me to believe this is a problem with the catalog itself.

This is pretty interesting! They show up in my catalog for me with their wall variants. I do remember doing a trade where I had someone catalog the Hello Kitty and My Melody clocks. For some reason, the first time they picked them up it did not work. I am assuming the second time worked as they did not reply again with any issues.

I think it may be some sort of issue stemming from those specific items having wall and floor forms?
Other than that, I have no idea.

What I mean to say is that they are the same item, but they have two different looks!
It can either be placed on the wall or put on the floor.

I am not sure! Maybe picking them up twice will help? They appear in mine for some reason.

I've never displayed any Sanrio items in my home, and clearly by her screenshots, she has. Perhaps that's the missing link for why they show up in her catalogs and not ours?

It would be strange to work like that since it would be a different system than everything else.

Displayed the items in both forms in my house. Still didn't work. I just want them to appear on the catalog so that weird feeling inside me goes away.

I've also definitely handled pieces of the Sanrio sets from other people's collections at some point as well, so I'm so confused why certain items won't appear. Indeed, hoping someone can come shed some light !

Ah. I've noticed this a while back and tested some stuff. According to my experience, it looks like you gotta order from the van & receive it through the mail yourself otherwise it doesn't show up in your catalog, regarding specific Sanrio items. Possibly it's a glitch.
