Same campground characters

So in harveys campground, you get a RV of a special character right? Well every since I started using it, everyday it is the same characters, like Saharah, Nat, Jack and Joan and no one else, because I have never seen Isabelle, Cooper or Bianca, why is this?

Isabelle can only come to the campground if you have her figurine and using the reader to get her to come to the campground. I'm not too sure with Copper, but if you have him at the police station I don't think he would go to the camground, because I have him in my police station and Booker only comes to mine. Blanca, if you're talking about the cat who appears on the 1st of April, she and the ones you mentioned above appear random.

If you have the Copper in your police station, Booker will be a regular in Harvey's campground, and vice versa.

There are a set group that appear randomly.
Anyone else, like Isabelle, etc, you need their amiibo figure, or a series 1 to 5 character card to scan in and invite to Harvey's.

Blanca is one of the special characters that does show up, but they were asking about 'Bianca'.

Meh, I've noticed this too. After awhile, it gets boring. Same ol', same ol'. At least it helps me save MEOW coupons haha.
