I am sorry. That's too high as it works out to be 375k bells per item. I know a few people on these very forums that are selling those for 200k each. So I most definitely won't be playing more then 200k for the items. I mean, I know these are quite popular pieces from the Saharah selection but since my plans for them are more long term, I am happy to wait for a better price. Thanks for the offer though.

Sorry for the misunderstanding! I am only selling closed road and office wall and those I sell for 100k each as they are not popular but that's about it. ^.^
