Sahara and old wallpaper

What's the deal here? I was only able to get one...Can anybody help me

I think older wallpaper that you own can be used too but i'm not too sure.

I encounter Sahara today but this was at a friend's village and I didn't have any on me.

nah if u use wallpaper u own she says "no this isnt old!"

And wtf is with this: Every time ive been given a wallpaper from anybody, including saharah, its been a stone wall. Ive gotten like 5 of them.

You can only use Old Wallpaper that your neighbors give you specifically for Sahara. Just go around and ask them if they have any and it's completely random if they have them or not.
