Wooper is always really easy to catch. I can usually catch it on the first ball thrown.
Bibarel is a pain, you have to throw tons of mud and bait before you can throw a ball.
Quagsire isn't too hard. Usually it only takes a bait, then a ball.
In Fire Red, Leaf Green, Ruby, Saphire, Emerald, etc, ddish were the most common pokemon you could get.
