This is going to be a little bit more sad of a thread, but I feel it can be discussed and easily related to.

Anyways, my saddest move out was Pietro. I was trying to make room for Molly and I already had 3 lazy villagers:
Stitches, Elmer and Lucky. Even though Stitches and Lucky are dreamies, I didn't have the heart to let go of Elmer because he was my last starting villager by far (The second last one, Peaches moved in August, 2014). Rosie, Olivia, Pietro and Phoebe weren't dreamies of mine either. With Rosie and Pietro, they grew on me so much it would actually make me sad to replace them with a dreamie of mine. Phoebe was the only uchi villager, and I hadn't known her that long so I wanted to give her a chance. I was thinking of moving out Olivia, because I already have a snooty cat (Ankha) but I didn't want her to leave either. But I decided out of all the villagers to move, it would be Olivia. And Olivia didn't move. Pietro did. It even said he was crying when he wrote his goodbye letter which added to the sorrow. I didn't play Animal Crossing for the rest of the day. I'm trying to cycle through 16 villagers but I don't think it will happen, plus he won't remember me, like he got brainwashed.

Anyway, that's my story. If you want to, leave your story below.

Mine was Ribbot, he was (and still is) my favorite villager, and I didn't play Animal Crossing for a while, and when I went back on, he had moved out, it stinks.

Joey moved out yesterday... HE WAS MY ONLY REAL FRIEND *sobs loudly*

The first villagers I had that I really liked were Sprinkle, Hugh and Lily, but I eventually decided to let them go to get dreamies. Losing Sprinkle was actually a bit of a TTing accident. I was really sad back then and thought I had made a huge mistake. However since then I've gotten villagers of the same personalities that I like a lot more so it doesn't bother me anymore.

Fang on the other hand - what was I thinking letting him go. We were best buds. I got Chief recently as a rebound.

I was really upset when Roscoe moved out of my Wild World town. He was my absolute favorite villager of all time, and I stopped playing it after he left. It wasn't the same without him.

But then.. A few days after starting a file in New Leaf, Roscoe moves in right next to my mayor's house! It was the best reunion ever and I couldn't stop smiling. It was like he was gone all this time just to surprise me later in my newest town. Best friends until the end lmao

Elvis. He's a cute cranky lion. But I had three crankies in my town and wanted to get a jock in there to even it out so I let him go. I was sad because he lived right next door to my mayor and he was best friends with Vesta who lived next door to him. (They went to each other's birthday parties! Always!) He even told one of my other crankies to take care of me if he ever moved away, which made me even sadder. Plus I got a letter from him after he moved out, telling me to dig up his time capsule and keep the gift inside.

Sparro the jock bird; He was the first of the 5 villagers I started with and he moved a little before our 1st year mark. It's a litle embarasing to admit, but I cried because I didn't even get a warning. I just got the letter. I was lucky that he moved into my brothers town from all of our street passing (since we live together) and got him back. But after a while, he moved out again and I lost him. He's moved about 3 times, but I got him again. Even though he's in an awful spot, on my path & in front of my mayors house, I have no intentions of letting him go a fourth time.

Monique, she was one of my starter villagers, idk I felt like I had some kind of connection with that gaudy cat. She pinged me to move out and I said "sure", I wanted to see new animals but it broke my heart a little that I'd be losing one of the five that have been with me since the beginning.

lily moved out when i hadn't opened my game in a while-- i made a new character to make sure no one had moved out in my absence and didn't realize that i didn't see lily's name until i had already booted up my mayor. ;-;

but sadder than that was when tipper moved out. she was one of my original villagers and even though she wasn't the cutest, she was my first snooty and she had grown on me so much that by the time i was ready to let her go for one of my dreamies, i almost couldn't do it! i still miss her haha.

I was sad when Ankha moved out because she was one of my favorite villagers but I accidentally told her to move when I meant to tell her to stay. :(
