I've heard a lot about this lately, but I feel like it's fake. Putting games onto smartphones doesn't feel like Nintendo. It really wouldn't help them if they did end up doing that.

Might want to change the title, it's a little confusing.

Doubt it. Saw that too, his approval score actually just went up, even if only by a little. You don't get more people on your side then get kicked out of the company. These news sites are so silly, 2 bad years and all of a sudden it's time to off his head, funny how they forget how sales were before the DS & Wii, and how they turned the 3DS around and how the WiiU either has turned the corner now or is constantly on the edge of turning the corner thanks to E3 & MK8, so he's probably gonna stick around for a while more.

There's other people besides the names you hear everyday who could be the ones supposedly pushing against Iwata and those on his side. Plus just because you appear tightly knit doesn't mean you always are. There's always a small grain of truth in rumors, so I'm not really surprised.

Nintendo does need to step outside their comfort zone some more, actually developing their online infrastructure and maybe some companion apps to eShop/MiiVerse. Actual apps, not mobile webpages.

Of course they seem tight, they have to have a certain facade anyway. When they do interviews with Miyamoto he seems unamused with the company's antics but is still there because he just wants to make games and stuff, I doubt he or any of the others would outright come forward and say "yeah toss Iwata", it feels like it would do massive self damage lol
