Rule Number 1 of Gaming

I know you don't mean Borderlands, BUT.

Borderlands 2 objectives, those little things you can rank up your BA points with? They keep going and are tiered. Impossible to complete every single one of them all the way. =O

When it comes stuff like that, I mean, if it's meant to be continuous forever and ever, then that doesn't count, because it CAN'T be completed.

It's possible. I mean, if you played constantly for a few years you'd eventually complete them all. They have a limit, it's just a very, very, very big one.

Let me calculate... so there are about 800 ish base objectives for the 4 main characters + 120 more for the DLCs + 230 for Gaige + another 100 for future DLC + 230 for unnamed 6th character + anything I didn't mention... then multiply all that by 5 for the 5 ranks of achievement.

That is a lot regarding how hard it is to get some.

and any more possible characters that will be made in the future. It'd be a tough thing trying to 100% BL2 completely.

Let the person gaming save before insisting the game be turned off for any reason.

Of course, in my house, both of us are gamers. So this was fairly obvious, and is very much respected by both sides. Couldn't say the same for my parents when I still lived with them...

When I was younger I always had this rule that healing items are for emergencies only. If I'm using healing potions because of normal enemy attacks, I've obviously not grinded levels enough. Though I'm getting more lenient with that rule, I still try to go up at least 5 to ten levels every time I reach a new area.

In Pokemon: When I fight against a gym leader, all of my pokemon must be within 2 levels of that gym leader's strongest pokemon. And I must only use a pokemon with type advantage moves. And I must NEVER use a pokemon with a type disadvantage.

In Super Smash Brothers: There will be NO duplicates. If I pick Wolf, you don't get to pick Wolf. (Also anyone who picks New Pork City as the level is never allowed to pick a level again.)

Games in General: If my game looks cute/has animal characters, if you say it's kiddie and call me a baby for playing it I am within my rights to hit you with my controller. :p The same rule stands if you save over my save file.

I agree with the potion thing. I'm a little weird with that though. I don't like to heal with potions. I tend to only use them for bosses.

I definitely go for the level thing with Pokemon. I do that for all my Pokemon, even the HM slaves.

AGREED on SSB.

100% agreed on the last one. If someone says my game is for children, well, I believe I am fully right in saying "**** you" to whoever says that.
