Rover's Dialogue for a New Game

So I started a town several months ago with myself as the mayor, and then a few weeks ago I had this hilarious idea to move the Sherlock mii I made (based on Benedict Cumberbatch in BBC's 'Sherlock') into town so I could see what being a complete butthead to the villagers was like without consequences.

Then my boyfriend saw me doing this and griped about how much I fangirl over Sherlock.

Now, I'm making a fanfiction called 'Sherlock in new Leaf' (a la 'Alice in Wonderland') just to annoy him, but I can't remember Rover's exact dialogue for when you're starting a new game, and I'm not about to reset my town after all the work I've put into it (plus, I'd lose Punchy!).

TL;DR

Can anyone tell me the exact dialogue Rover says to a new mayor on the train? Since the dialogue changes based on what answers you choose, as Sherlock, I'd generally choose evasive or rude answers, if that helps to narrow it down a bit.

I'll post up the link to the fanfiction once I pass the post mark for the forums, if anyone's actually interested. xD

This guide lists all the dialogue options and resulting faces. You can also tell him to "Go away, kitty!" at the beginning of the conversation but this doesn't change anything. If I recall correctly, what Rover says to a new mayor is identical to what he says to a new non-mayor character, with the exception that he mentions that he knows someone from that town instead of saying that they're passing by there.

Thank you for answering, and for the link, but I was already aware of that guide and the various others. I know what the choices for the player to say are, I'm looking for what Rover says, verbatim. :p

The fanfiction will be updated here: "Sherlock in New Leaf" on Tumblr.

Could you start a new character, but just not save? That will show you the dialogue, if no one here knows it.

I'm starting a new character in a little bit. I'll post what he says on your thread :-D

Here's the dialogue if you already have the town created:

Rover:
Hey there! Can I talk to you for a second?
Do I see a ticket to [town name] in your hand there?
You know, I have an acquaintance who lives in that town!
Mind if I sit down?

You:
>Have a seat!
>Go away, kitty!

Rover:
Great. Thanks!
By the way, what's your name?

You:
[Type your name]

Rover:
Oh, [your name]...? Well, that's a fantastically great name!

You:
>Cool, right?
>Cute, right?
>Oops, I misspoke!

Rover:
You're right! It is a [cute/cool] name! And so fitting for a [girl/boy] like you!

You:
>I know, right?
>I'm not a [girl/boy]!

Rover:
So, [your name], do you get to go to [town name] very often?

You:
>I've never been there.
>I don't remember.
>It's a secret!

Rover:
What?! Really?! Umm... What are you going there for?

You:
>I'm moving.
>I don't know.

Rover:
Whoa... You kinda seem like the type to simply do what you feel!
What if you suddenly felt like maybe settling down in [town name]? Man, wouldn't that be something?!

You:
>Yeah, I think it will.
>I'll let fate decide..

Rover:
Whoa. You believe in fate too, huh, [your name]?
I can totally get behind that! Yeah!
So if something is guiding you to this place, what awaits you there? It's kind of exciting to think about!
[your name], I'm sure you'll find something wonderful in [town name]!

*Speaker talks*

Rover:
Oh, hey! Looks like we're about to arrive in [town name].
Thanks for chatting with me!
It's been a long time since I've enjoyed a train ride this much!
Come to think of it, I've been riding the rails an awful lot again lately.
Haven't done this much traveling by train since 2002 or so... Man, that's weird.
OK, good luck, [your name]! Bye-bye!

Oh my goodness, thank you so much for this! I was hoping for someone to find/know the dialogue for if your town hasn't been created yet (for a new mayor), but this is the next best thing. You're da best. :3

Unfortunately I can't help you with the transcript, but it might be worth looking at YouTube playthroughs of ACNL. It's quite likely they would document the new town dialogue in the first episode!
