Buying Rover, Blathers, and Mabel RV Visits/Items

I'm buying visits or items from the those RVs, whichever is preferable. I'm a new user with the Bell Tree Forums so I can't buy with TBT, but I can pay with either IGB, HHD items, or select items from other RVs.
