I wonder if the kind of map you have plays a role in the number of rocks you have.

The little red marks represent where the rocks are.
I don't use a path but it would be horrible for anyone who does.
The only ones that causes problems for me is the two that are close together on the second half.

I had a rock in my town that made me make a path near my house in a really weird way, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it meant I had the perfect place to put my campsite

I gotta be honest.. I don't like him that much.. And frankly, I'm actually considering having a villager who wouldn't be a Star Fox character, 'cos I don't like the idea of Lobo, and I don't like Cole.. (I want Flora)

Damn. That must suck if you want a path though... unless you got lucky with the rock placement. :/
