Route 12 for Mareep, unfortunately it's only in hordes, so you gotta hope for a good nature first time, 'cos it sucks trying to find one.. And they're only level 13, but hey

And the stone is very slightly north in Azure Bay .. There's an old guy on the same little island as the photo spot, and he'll give you it
