Rosie is Tier 1. Peaches is Tier 4 or 5 I think? You can check on the Villagers Listed By Popularity thread to make sure.

Also, just a suggestion: If you're looking to find another villager, I'd suggest selling Rosie, especially for TBT. This way you can search for Julian and pay for him using TBT!

Edit: Yep, I checked and Peaches is a Tier 5 villager, sadly. Rosie, however, is #10 on the Tier 1 list. I'm sure someone would be willing to buy or trade for her!

Isn't Rosie a Tier 1?

This guide states that Rosie is Tier 1 while Julian is #1 in Tier 2. The trade is a good trade if you are able to obtain Julian! i wish you luck!
