Trading Rosie the Peppy Cat

Rosie was a starting villager in my cat town, and while I like her okay, I'd much rather have Felicity as my peppy cat

I'd be willing to trade Rosie for: Felicity, Merengue (haha not gonna happen) or Chief
Those are the only villagers I'd be willing to trade for, so if no one offers them, I'll just tell her to stay ^^
