Her house is original. The only thing she changed is her outfit, which she stole from Apollo but that is pretty easy to change back. I can offer her original clothes so you can give it back to her. Other than that, she should be the same as when she first moved in from the campsite 
By the way, if I made another character and placed their house near re-tail with an ATM inside, would visitors be able to use it? Last time I did an auction, I felt kind of bad for the person running back and forth between the bank and re-tail. I thought if I was able to place a house with an ATM near re-tail, it'd make things a lot easier.
