She's working right now (I know because she's not answering her phone *cough cough i have a story for you*) but 70 BTB is a very low offer for a Tier 1 villager and she's been getting higher offers and she was hoping to get Freya for Rosie but is settling for a BTB offer since she's been wanting to buy some more art.
