My goal with this town is to help get people their dreamies (or just a villager they like) without COMPLETELY busting their banks XD Anyways, I like to think of my cycling town, Rosewood, as a little foster home for villagers before they go to their forever home!
Here are my rules:
1. I will have a SET PRICE for the villager as soon as I list them. The price will only be for in-game bells.
2. I will RESERVE the villager for you. I will not purposely try to get them to move out! (Though it probably won't take long, as it is cycling) When you and I have agreed, I will edit this post to declare that said villager is taken.
3. Only reserve the villager if you have the amount of bells needed for the transaction. If you don't when the villager is ready to move (which could even be the same day you reserve them), I will simply auction/ give them away.
4. When the villager approaches me to move out, I will agree and inform you, unless you have PMed me prior and
explained that you will not be available from whatever dates, in which case I will deny the request to avoid accidental voiding.
5. After informing you, you will have the rest of that day and till 9:30 the next day to arrange a time to trade with me (the sooner, the better!). You will drop off payement in my main town (Harajuku), and I will switch cartridges and open the gates to Rosewood. I will lead you over to the villager's house, and you can convince them to move to your town. If you don't get back to me within the time limited listed above, I WILL GIVE THEM AWAY/
AUCTION THEM IN A SEPARATE THREAD.

It simply means that you'll know if I get that villager. They will still be available to everyone else, and you can decide whether or not to reserve them. Also, I can put down multiple people for one villager.
