Buying Rose Wall

Does anyone have a rose wall they'd be willing to sell to me? I could never seem to find one and I need one now.

I am able to pay in either IGB or TBT, but TBT is preferable.

I will be online for about 30 more minutes from the time of this message, but typically around 10am to 11pm EST all other times.
