Okay, Roscoe (finally) pinged to leave today, and I let him. His moving date is the 10th.
If you'd like him, let me know, most of him is original, apart from his shirt, because him and Tia were bonding and now they're wearing matching tanks - Garden Tank.
Also, his house is the same, he just has a timpano drum from Toy Day.
I'd love if someone wanted him, he's a great addition to your town!
