I had a villager moved out - I was hoping to hand pick a new villager using Nook Mile ticket to a mystery island, Camp site - or through this forum - but when I checked this morning, Roscoe bought the plot of land..... Is that normal? I'm not sure if I want Roscoe..... hmmmm.....

Did you have an open plot yesterday? if you did than you need to go on nmt islands the day there is an open plot
Got it!! Didn't realize a random villager can just buy an open plot
. Oh well..............was hoping for Cashmere.
