Front room: living room suggested item: (tv, stereo, 2x couches or armchair, fireplace, bookshelf, entry way tables, plants, clocks, villager pics. Crowding the room is ok as long as there is a clear pathway and layout to the other 4 rooms)
Left room: Kitchen (Basic kitchen items sink, table, chairs maybe a counter with barstools?, kitchen island, trash comes in handy for more than just looks you can throw away items keep the room open and bright avoid crowding this room)
Right room: Bathroom (Bathtub, outdoor bath, whirlpool bath, clawfoot tub, aroma pot, flowers, vanity or mirror with chair, makeup case, rococo candle stick, tile floor. Dimly lit will give the appearance of a spa which makes for a nice relaxing bathroom!)
Back room: Party room (Kareoke machine, box sofa around the walls of the room, table in the middle with snacks, KK albums hung on wall, outdoor themed for a unique look, backyard pool, sprinkler, plants, backyard fence and meadow carpet. a cute outdoor party/kareoke room will be both unique and adorable!)
Upstairs: Bedroom (Keep it cozy even not upgrading the room fully, just to the 2nd size to make it seem smaller if possible. cabin furniture for a rustic look (refurbish it to birch and add whatever custom design or shirt for fabric) Sloppy bed, sloppy dresser, sloppy wardrobe all customized with your favorite clothing, popeyed goldfish or cricket for a pet, hamster cage, personal computer, stool, CD player, kotatsu, cushion near kotatsu, hospital tv visable from kotatsu)
Basement: Shrine (Tea tansu, lucky frog, bamboo (dlc), carb banner, many plants, sand garden floor, shoji screen, king kk on the music player, tea table, tea set, incense, candle. Dim lighting to give a spooky feel if thats what you're going for!)
