"Sounds good." I climb out of bed and stretch out my arms.

 

[Naiad]

I yawn as I make my way down the stairs.

As I thought, I could really go for some Omurice. I really can't cook American food.

 

[Myst]

I lie back on the couch and stare up at the ceiling.

... everything feels so new yet so familiar... I sigh, deep in thought.

 

[Naiad]

I glance at Blaze.

... Guess I'll bother him later..

I walk into the kitchen and begin cooking.

Blaze has never seen Sai naked ))

 

[Myst]

I sigh and stretch my legs out onto the couch.

(omfg. Even after all the times that she's seen him naked. XD )

"Alright, need to do anything before we go?" I ask. "Or are we ready to head out?"

 

[Myst]

"I think we should be ready..." I scratch my head. "Wait... I think Sai called the other day. Maybe I should call her back before we go?"

I smile as I finish the dish. "At least I know this'll taste good."

[Myst]

I yawn and start to drift off to sleep. What a long day...

 

[Naiad]

"Ah— I think the newest episode is on."

I walk into the living room and set my Omurice down. I turn on the TV and sit, narrowly missing Blaze's chest.

"Oh, yeah... I guess so..." I wonder what Sai's been up to... If that thing with Blaze lasted... Blaze...

I frown unconsciously.

 

[Myst]

I fall asleep.

I smile lightly. "I'll be quick." I pull out my phone and dial Sai's number.

I hope she's doing well... it's been too long since we last talked...

I feel bad for avoiding her for five years and not making a single call...

 

[Naiad]

I pick up my phone from the table and check the ID.

Sage..?

"Hello?"

 

[Myst]

I say lightly. "...hey. I just noticed you called the other day..."

I start to blush lightly, feeling embarrassed and a bit mad.

 

[Naiad]

I laugh softly. "I'm glad you decided to call me back. We have a lot to catch up on."

I glance over and notice Blaze asleep. Oh..

 

[Myst]

"Yeah... so... was there something important you wanted to say? Helix and I were just about to go out for a bite."

 

[Naiad]

"... The memorial. Are you two coming this year?"

 

[Myst]

"Um... one second."

I cover the mouthpiece and ask Helix, "Do you want to go to the memorial this year?"

I quietly answer, "Ehhh... Is it just gonna be us and them? That'll be awkward..."

 

[Myst]

"I think the others will be there too." I lightly smile. "Do you want to say hi to her as well?"
