Just opened up my game after playing for a few days

and RODNEY HAS PLOTTED RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE

I mean at least it wasn't a dreamie or something but still

he is so ugly as well I mean come on game gimme someone I don't hate but isn't a dreamie ugh

I love Rodney, but yes, that was very rude of the little gentleman. That is why I always place a small public works project in front of my house. I'm sorry he did that. It is always a complete and total bummer when neighbors do that to you. After you get him to move, put a public works project up.

in my name game i had Julian... Julian.. as a random move in.. right in front of my mayors house.
I decided to keep him as i hadnt had him before, but damn bad placement!
So i feel you with that one and Julian is growing on me lol

No, no, sweetie, I wasn't at all offended. Sorry if I came across that way. He is totally ugly, lol!! He is, hands down, one of the uglier villagers in ALL of ACNL. That said, I LOVE how ugly he is! He reminds me of a little troll with freckles. When he moved in, I knew he was an acquired taste and not highly desired as a villager. But I have always wanted him in my town after I saw an artwork on Google. A girl is holding his hand, leading him through her town and he is holding a little valise. The bubble captions reads, 'Welcome to your new home, Rodney.' It always melts my heart every time I see it. He just looks so small and adorable and needy. And I am a fixer, lol. And after seeing that artwork, I knew I one day wanted him as my neighbor. But no, not plotted right in front of my house!

I had Ribbot do that to me, right in front of my house. Finally he pinged and I sent him to another one of my towns because I could never void him. Too much love for the little guy since he has been a part of my game play experience since the Game Cube AC.

I also normally plot on the cliff near the ocean. But a few towns I have plotted my house in the center just to keep things fresh. But yeah, you learn that lesson swiftly once some villager plots in front of your view. In my very first town of Cocoplum, I plotted by the ocean on a little cliff near a path to the beach. It was beautiful! I had a thin strip of land in front of my house and never thought anyone would plot there. This was before I knew about plot resetting. And lo and behold, here's Carmen squeezing herself into that tiny space and destroying my beautiful view. I was so mad, lol. But she had been with me since the Game Cube game, so I couldn't let her go. Eventually, I bought a more games and she went to live in Corvidae, then Misfit. Now she is in Big Bear, lol. She gets bored easily and enjoys traveling.

lol rip i remember rodney from my old town we had a love hate relationship also i always try to place my house near a cliff or something because of exactly that reason my house is currently in a spot where villagers can only move behind me which is good enough for me
