I'd ask the furniture series itself be in tact;
However, I can do without the accoutrement Wall Paper
and Flooring.

To be perfectly fair, I'm relatively new to this.
If (and however) this process is done, you'll have to walk me through it.

We haven't discussed the subject of payment:
