Rip Judy's house. I've been pretty good this time around at not destroying my villagers' interior. Since I gave Dom a couple of shirts and a teddy bear, he has since put on shirt and the bear in his house. I honestly think they look fine in his starter house but now I can never gift him anything but fruit again, and I refuse to touch my other villagers houses unless I know for sure that it's safe or I can replace a very specific piece of furniture maybe.
This is one of the reasons I'm kinda scared about giving villagers items like fish and bugs, like what if I make their houses really full of fishies? I remember in New Leaf I did this and I felt like I turned their houses into aquariums. It was horrible...
This happened to me
All 12 of Judy's starry garlands disappeared and will take 120 star fragments plus 84 customization kits (to make them purple) to restore it so I would avoid giving iron wall lamps if the villager is Judy.It’s not really hard to say no in this game cause the villagers don’t make you feel bad about it like previous games. Coming from someone that’s only ever given my villagers coconuts but is best friends with all of them.
I think one feature that they could bring back as a solution to this is getting invited to villager’s home and being able to buy their furniture like in New Leaf.
