RIP Aqua Blue and Flame Red

You will be missed. Looks like they did this to push the XL because it's only colours happen to be the two colours now missing from the regular 3DS...

Well, at least in North America. I dunno about the situation in Europe.

Seems kind of odd to me at first, but I guess there's little point in having the colors for both systems if they can use it to get people who want these colors to get an XL. That and to prevent grandma and grandpa from getting little Jimmy the wrong 3DS.

I like having exclusive rare items so since I already have the Aqua Blue 3DS, I don't really give a ****. I would have gotten the Flame Red 3DS if it came out at launch, but since Nintendo doesn't really care about their launches, I had to choose the only real color they put out which was the Aqua Blue. Cosmo Black seemed too boring to me, and I guess it was the right choice in the long run.

Oh man. I just realized that MY 3DS is Aqua Blue. Didn't get mine at launch, I pretty much just liked that color the most when I went and bought one. I've never had a special thing before. If it ever breaks I'm going to be so bummed out.

Very nice, if the Aqua Blue Nintendo 3DS does become rare, I can not even begin to imagine how much the Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Black and Gold Nintendo 3DS will be worth eventually...

Especially if it is still boxed as new with all of the seals intact like mine.

Hurray, so now I can theoretically make money for playing games, since I have an Aqua Blue.
