I think there needs to be a Constitution at TBT because Storm claims I have no rights.

There is no need for a constitution or anything of the sort...

The sig limit rule is barely enforced much... There are a few people's sigs that exceed the limit by far, I think....

Like Yogurt's, for example. I'm pretty sure his is pretty big if I remember correctly...there are others as well...
