Right Map, Wrong Face

I've been low-key resetting my cycling town all weekend and last night I found the perfect map! I was looking for one with a really small top half to cycle in, so I can do whatever I want with the rest of it, circle grass, red or brown TS/TH and apples or cherries.
I found the perfect map that fit all my criteria, but I faffed up on the face, since I wasn't paying enough attention and oh, the suffering and regret!
I can't believe I messed up the face! I guess I could have lived with it but I really wouldn't have wanted to, it would have bugged me too much.

I wish we had one chance to change our faces after we start, like a traveling plastic surgeon sets up a cart a week later or something. (Seedy, sketchy, Imr...)
Or being able to repaint roofs, maybe some sort of feng shui ordinance?
It's my own fault for not paying attention, but still.

I think that should be a shampoodle option. She lets you change your eye color, so why not the rest of your face?

I HATE WHEN THAT HAPPENS!!

I only have 2 faces i'll accept and luckily i've memorized the answer pattern for them because I reset an extra copy of the game a lot but it's so annoying when everything goes right then you hop of that train and you're staring at a face you're just repulsed by lol

Omg that sounds terrible! D: I remember when I made my town, I knew NOTHING about Animal Crossing ;-; And so I picked the first map given to me and just kind of went with the choices for a face...lol I thought everyone got the same town layout (or the same of a few and it was just randomly given to you) and that everyone had the same face... cries. I guess my town layout isn't TOO horrible though and my face isn't that bad (I've grown to really like it; it's the one with black eyes with little white twinkles and the pink Dora hair cx)

I always have a specific eye type that I want, and if I have another eye type, it just doesn’t look right. I always use a face guide to ensure that I get the face I want.

Can't you put on some glasses on the mayor character? If it's a cycling town it doesn't matter that much, right?
