Buying Ribbon Wig - Animal Crossing New Leaf - Please help!

I've been searching for the ribbon wig in GracieGrace's store by time traveling and so far, it didn't show up. I time traveled so many times. I changed time to the spring season because that's when she will sell it, but I had no luck. It's a little tiring to time travel back and forth because I want to do other things in my town. I have a ton of weeds to remove thanks to the time traveling. ;_; I already lost 2 villagers due to the time traveling.

If anyone has an extra and doesn't want it, please let me know! Or if you're willing to sell yours, I'll buy it for 30,000 bells. Or I can trade too!
