I doubt capcom have allowed the use of their characters in such a way. Along with the cinematics from SF4.

Vids not mine i found it also this is just edited, real game does have some reference to street fighter though... like Ryu's glove lets you do the Shoryuken and Tornado kick... and Sagats ultra is in one of the transformation's special move.
