Hi, I'd like you to review my town :) it's still a bit unfinished & I'm trying to expand houses right now, but I'd love done feedback!!!

Please & thank you ~

Town Name: Tea Town
Dream Address: 5200-3584-1217
Dated: 08.23.2013
Mayor: Chai
Other Humans: EarlGray, Jasmine
Villagers: Kyle, Merry, Lolly, Erik, Francine, Rocco, Charlise, Shep

Paths, which I noticed immediately after arriving, are gorgeous—they're light pink, brick-like with accented florals. (Front edging of those tiles give an appearance that one is walking up a flight of stairs.)

There are beautiful pink and red carnations (as well as some gold roses) in front of the Train Station. And, of course, the town is loaded with hybrids. They're well-organized with placement next to buildings and houses.

The human houses have different personalities. Mayor Chai is awaiting further expansions to eventually become complete. There is Fairy-Tale decor in nearly every room. (I did the Happy Home Academy Challenge and selected Fairy-Tale style with use of rococo, regal, lovely, sweets, princess, etc.) EarlGray has a Japanese type of decor going that has me thinking of a garden or tea house (if possible). Jasmine uses her home for the Tea Town School. (One floor each with both secondary humans.) It has a school desk for the teacher, and one smaller one for a single pupil.

The houses aren't really what I tend to notice most, when going on these Dreams, because I tend to give my focus to the outside. The landscaping, throughout Tea Town, is detailed. It does appear, though, that there may be some more to do, in part, because of needed bells. There is a Zen-friendly feel to the town, and I would imagine that is what ayeAmariah would select for upgrades for both the Town Hall and the Train Station. (They're currently seen in Default.) But what I take notice of outside is the abundance of flowers and the trees, which are well-organized. For example, on the southeast side and immediately west of the front entrance to the house that is Merry's: I found (going from left to right) arranged rows of the following fruit trees: durians, lychees, mangoes, persimmons, and lemons. My own town's arrangement was inspired somewhat by Feng Shui: yellow (lemons), green (pears) on the west side; red (apples, cherries, lychees) on the east side. There is no perfect way. But this is one town that is thought out meticulously.

There isn't anything I generally dislike. I think it's good, on the northeast side, to use a row of bushes (north/south direction) to divide an area separate that has lots of green grass, houses a couple of villagers' homes, has the early showings of a comfy park. There one will find the Public Works Projects of a Sandbox and a Toy Tire. There is room, should ayeAmariah choose, to include a Picnic Blanket. But it is a nice area, including a pond most closely north of the greenery.

The beach has generous amounts of coconut and banana trees. That is wise. Good not to overdo or underdo those. They're needed for some shading, yes, but also for acquiring numerically enough trees to eventually trigger the Perfect Town rating for any player. Those beach fruit trees have a way of quickly adding up. They're a help in more ways than one.

I like the placement of the Lighthouse. ayeAmariah's town's beach is south/southwest/west. The Lighthouse was placed just about center of all of that. Which is smart (where one can help that).

Suggestions: 1) I would like to see at least one more villager (usually the game doesn't stay long at just eight; somehting happens); 2) I'd like to see a few (not many) Publics Work Projects that have variation in their heights. (The Lighthouse needs something else that is really tall. I know, because I'm wanting the Windmill. This is for aesthetics.); and 3) Given Tea Town has two Cobblestone and one Wooden Suspension bridges (with the former on the west and central ends; the latter on the east side), I'd suggest doing away with the Cobblestone and making all three Wooden Suspension so, of course, they'll go with a Zen-style design of both the Town Hall and Train Station. (Eventually.)

Speaking of Zen: I did want to mention that I really like southeast side, nearing the river along the left, for a section of white violets, purple violets, and yellow violets. Bushes are along the edge, alternated with planted partial bamboo. There is fully gown bamboo highlighted with a Zen Clock in front of this area. I really like it! And this area, I believe, should be inspiring for bringing together the Wooden Suspension bridges and upgrading the Train Station and Town Hall to Zen. (A Zen Bench, which is colored red, would also be appropriate.)

A brief point about the villagers: This is a pretty good selection in the way of variety. Their placement, which cannot be easily controlled by any player, is unique that half are on the northern end of the map; the other half are on the southern end. Though I'm writing this review without looking up their categorized personality types, Tea Town has a range of the cuties (Charlise, Francine, Merry) to the scrappies (Kyle, Rocco, Shep) to the sought-after Dreamies (Erik, Lolly).

This town is very good! Generally, it's very good. It's impressive. A lot of thought. A lot of effort. A lot of time spent on it. Any changes (mainly, upgrades) would be for the purpose of making it even better.

I liked:
Almost everything!!! Your paths were cute, and the pwp projects were placed in amazing places!!
Your house decor was also very unique :)

What I didn't exactly like:
Around your town tree, there weren't any items :(
perhaps if you'd like to make your town more interesting, {I know your keeping a perfect town :3} maybe temporarily just leave some items out for that day, and take them back when you've finished updating.

Another tip I have for you is when you update fill in your path where redd sets up his tent, so your town plaza looks complete :)
My favorite part:
To be posted :)

Thank you! Yeah, I'm thinking if adding a couple balloons and maybe in either item around the town tree. I'll be updating my town again, fixing the things you posted out + something new. c:
