Retrieve lost 3ds data/file

Just recently I lost my bagpack and bad news that strike me is that my 3ds is in it!!! Someone stolen my whole bagpack while I am travelling by midnight bus. I lost all my money in it(not much anyway) credit cards and indentity card but what pretty sad is my 3ds is in it including my fiancee psvita too!!

Wanna ask, is there anyway I can retrieve back my digital download game in it or my nintendo eshop account credit?

Get a new 3DS first

Then call Nintendo. They can make transfers for you. Sadly, your game progress won't be there, but it's better than not having the game/ having to buy them again
