Trading [RESUBMIT] Marshal!

So, I just had a deal with someone who had Marina in boxes to trade Marshal to him and literally the moment Marshal agreed to move out he cancelled the deal. Incredible. So I'm resubmitting. I would LOVE Marina, but my #2 dreamie is Merengue so she will be an instant yes as well, as long as her house is mostly original. Would prefer to trade asap, within a few hours preferred. This is my 4th trade to fall through, so I'm getting pretty annoyed.
