Restarting my town

I'm restarting my town because I want a different layout. All I need is for someone to open their gate so I can drop stuff that I want to keep and then I'll pick it up after I make my new town. I have a full locker full of stuff so I'd need a decent amount of open space to drop. I'm not sure what I could offer in return.
