Haha, it's all good. Ankha pinged soon after Zebra left, too. It's like the game knows when someone is around that wants a villager so it purposely prevents that villager from asking to leave.

Have no fear, I will not rest until Genji's yours! I've got no plans so I don't have to worry too much about when to go to bed. I want to at least get Genji to you and have either Ankha or Merengue in boxes before I sleep because you've all been so patient.

Slowly. Merengue's pinged me twice, Ankha's pinged once, Pietro's pinged a couple times, Deirdre's pinged once. Nada on Genji yet though.

So I have some bad news. Genji picked up and left without word despite checking with villagers until they refuse to talk to me.
The good news is you SHOULD be able to pick him up via wifi if you have the free space. All you'd have to do is pop into my town and leave again and his house plot should show up within a couple days.
My gate's open for you so we can try. If it works, don't worry about paying for him. This was my mistake.

Also as I've said before, I have no stylus so I can't reply quickly in game but anything on the ground that you see that you want, you're welcome to take as well.

If you don't get him from wifi, I have a couple other towns that I can try cycling for him in for you. It may take a while, but I can get him for you. I don't want your waiting to be for nothing.

Well, this was rather unfortunate Hopefully, I did pick him up via wi-fi, plus I picked up some very neat things in your town =D And I would greatly appreciate it if you kept an eye out for a Genji for me that'd sweet ^___^ Question, though: I currently have 9 villagers… can I still get Genji via wi-fi? ?o

Yes! From what I understand, the 10th spot in a town can only be filled by either a camper from the campsite or from streetpass/wifi.

I'm glad you picked up a few items at least!
